Overview
A stunning new build project in Oxfordshire, the client gave us a completely blank canvas to design a truly beautiful family kitchen / diner with generous cupboard space. Natural light flooded in through double glass doors, so a clean, spacious and modern design was essential. To truly form the heart of the home, a stand out island with extra cupboards, a smart seating area and ample work surface for cooking and entertaining was a must.
Results
A statement shaker style kitchen of clean lines, space and sophistication with cabinets in Skimming Stone by Farrow and Ball. We love the polished quartz worktops and splash backs, the brushed bronze handles and knobs from Crofts and Assinder add a touch of finesse.
The Lacanche cooker in Prussian blue with brass trim makes the room feel bright and inviting. Taking centre stage is the large island in Farrow & Balls Hague Blue, blending comfort and function its perfect for hosting friends and relaxing as a family. The kitchen was finished off with a classic Quooker tap in patinated brass with double Belfast sink.
