1. How long does it take to fit a kitchen?

The main kitchen will be fitted within a week. We tend to start a fit on a Tuesday ready for the worktops to be templated on the Friday, depending on worktop of course. Stone worktops generally have a 5-7 day fabrication turn around time. During this time we will do any snagging and additional works. The kitchen should be fully fitted within two weeks.

2. Where are your cabinets manufactured?

All of our cabinets are designed and manufactured in our Oxfordshire workshop. We have a showroom with a viewing window in to our workshop and happy to show customers around upon their visit.

3. Do you offer a home design service?

Yes we do. We like to have a telephone meeting or initial discussion in the showroom first to get an idea of how we can help you. We also often provide an estimated cost if you can provide us with drawings and rough measurements. The next stage is to come to your home and do a full site survey do continue to the next step of the design process.

4. When do I need to pay?

We request a £250 booking deposit to secure your build slot in our diary. We then request a 40% deposit at the point when we are due to start your build to order materials in. We then invite you in to view the kitchen whilst it is built up and painted in the workshop before asking for the 50% balance. 10% is retained until completion.

5. Do you install your own kitchens?

Yes, we have a very talented team of cabinet makers who build the kitchens as well as install them.

6. How much do your kitchens cost?

There are many varying factors in defining the cost of a kitchen. It is hard to give an exact cost for a kitchen as all of our kitchens are completely bespoke. We can build your kitchen to any size and configuration and this reflects in the cost. The best way to proceed is to send us a rough plan and we can provide you with an estimated cost based on the size.

7. Do you sell appliances?

Yes, we can source a wide range of appliances, worktops and handles for your project. We will discuss which brands and models you prefer in our initial meeting.

8. What is your lead time from when we order?

This depends on how busy our diary is when you confirm the order. It is always best to start planning your project well in advance as we can get booked up months in advance.

9. What are your kitchen cabinets made from?

We can make your kitchen from a wide range of materials depending what you want. Our carcasses are generally made from 19mm Oak veneered MDF, we can also use Walnut, Ash. Frames doors and drawers are made from 25mm Tulip wood if they are painted or you have a choice of various solid timber. Our panels are made from Moisture resistant MDF so that there is no chance of movement.
